Telling only Jenna and Rick of their plans,
Phillip and Harley decided to elope to New York City.
When they arrived in New York,
they found out Phillip's wallet had been lost or stolen.
They were offered shelter in the hotel
laundry room for the night. Things were not
going well for their special day.

Things seemingly got even worse for the pair
when they were arrested! New York City's
finest didn't even tell them what they
were being arrested for. Even odder, the
dynamic duo brought them to Mayor Guiliani's office, of all places.
