Maureen Garrett

Maureen Garrett's father was in the Army and she spent her childhood moving around Europe and the United States. She attended college in Germany and also went to Villanova and Temple Universities in Philadelphia. She joined Guiding Light in the role of Holly Norris in 1976.

In 1981 Garrett left the show and joined Ryan's Hope in the role of E.J. Ryan. In 1982 she decided to run an art and architecural furniture business on Long Island. During that time she performed in theater productions of Les Laisons Dangereuses, As You Like It and Quartermain's Terms. In 1989 she rejoined Guiding Light.

Maureen Garrett is fluent in German and French. She likes yoga and swimming. She is single, has brown eyes, and is 5'7". She was born on August 18th in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
