Lisa Peluso originated the role of Lila Roberts on Another World on April 11, 1997. She played the role until June 1999 when Another World went off the air. At that time the character moved to Oakdale, the fictional town in As The World Turns. Peluso has appeared on many different soap operas. On Search For Tomorrow she portrayed Wendy from 1977 to 1986. In 1987, Peluso appeared on One Life to Live as Billie. From 1988 to 1995, Peluso played Ava Rescott on the now-defunct soap Loving (later known as The City). She's portrayed Lila Roberts on Another World since 1997. Peluso's feature film credits include Saturday Night Fever and New York Nights. Peluso's television credits, other than the soap operas mentioned above, include guest appearances on Hunter, Designing Women, and Pauly. Lisa's appeared in Gypsy on Broadway. Other theater credits include Sweet Sound of the Trumpets, The King and I, and No Tomorrows. Lisa was born on July 29, 1964 in Philadelphia. She has three siblings, Pat, Kathleen, and Ricky.
